Privacy Policy

Little Ville is a preschool brand operated by Edfact Learning Systems Private Limited (“Little Ville”, “we”, “us”). For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here, and you are the Data Principal.

This policy covers this website (littleville.co.in) only — the enquiry forms on it and the analytics and advertising tools it loads. It does not cover what happens after you enrol at a centre: admission paperwork, fee records and day-to-day communication are handled by the individual centre, which will tell you how it manages your information.

We only receive what you type into a form. There are three, and this is all of it:

• Book a centre visit — your name, mobile number, email address (optional), the centre you'd like to visit, and any message you write.
• Franchise enquiry — your name, mobile number, your city, and your stated investment readiness.
• Careers application — your name, mobile number, the role you are applying for, and any notes you write.

If you allow analytics or advertising cookies, we also receive technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed. That is covered in our Cookie Policy, and none of it runs unless you agree to it.

We process the data above on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We use it to:

• call or message you back about the visit, franchise or role you asked about;
• pass your enquiry to the Little Ville centre you selected, so they can arrange your visit;
• keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up and so nothing is lost;
• understand which pages and which ads bring parents to us — only if you accepted analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade it. We will not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

We keep the list of companies that touch your data deliberately short. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

• The Little Ville centre or franchise partner you selected — so they can contact you. They are the people you asked to hear from.
• Google — your enquiry is recorded in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. If you consented to analytics or advertising cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads also receive technical data about your visit.
• Meta Platforms — only if you consented to advertising cookies, via the Meta pixel.
• Vercel — hosts this website and processes your form submission in transit. Our server logs may briefly contain your submission if a delivery error occurs, so that we can recover your enquiry rather than lose it.
• Resend — if enabled, sends us the email alert telling us your enquiry has arrived.
• Courts, regulators or law enforcement — only where we are legally required to disclose.

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, it is done under the provider's contractual data-protection commitments and in line with the DPDP Act.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. All of them stay switched off until you accept them on the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that at any time. Our Cookie Policy names every cookie, what it does, and how long it lasts.

We do not track children. This website is written for parents and guardians, it is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly profile children or target advertising at them.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are actively following up with you, and for up to 24 months after your last contact with us — after which they are deleted. We keep them that long because parents often enquire a year or more before their child is old enough to join.

You do not have to wait for that. Ask us to erase your data at any time and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Know what we hold — ask for a summary of your personal data and who we have shared it with.
• Correct it — have inaccurate or incomplete data fixed or completed.
• Have it erased — ask us to delete it when it is no longer needed.
• Withdraw consent — as easily as you gave it. For cookies, use the button above. For your enquiry, email us.
• Nominate someone — appoint another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
• Complain — raise a grievance with us (section 10), and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.

Email info@edfact.co.in to exercise any of these. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first — we will not hand your data to someone else claiming to be you.

Your enquiry travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and is stored in an access-controlled Google Workspace account. We limit access to the people who need it to answer you. That said, no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

If we do not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India.

If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant — a new tracking tool, a new recipient of your data — we will ask for your consent again rather than rely on this notice alone.
